Troopers Charge Lowville resident for unlicensed operation, operating without an interlock device following MVA in Watson

WATSON- A personal injury accident Monday evening in Lewis County has led to a pair of charges filed against a local resident.

The incident involved two drivers and occurred sometime shortly after 7:15 p.m. on the Number Four Road, town of Watson.

A New York State Police (Lowville) investigation resulted in the arrest of Andrew F. Muncy, 36, of Lowville, NY for one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree and operating without an interlock device (subject to court order).

Troopers said there was one injury reported in this accident, but details were not specified at press time.

Muncy was issued with an appearance ticket.
