Troopers charge Lowville resident with unlicensed operation and criminally possessing controlled substance

WEST TURIN- A Lewis County resident is accused of criminal possession and unlicensed operation charges.

During the late evening hours on Wednesday, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Nicole L. Hutchins, 40, of Lowville, NY with one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree and criminally possessing a controlled substance in the seventh-degree.

This arrest was made shortly after 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the town of West Turin, Troopers said.

Hutchins was released on an appearance ticket, police said at press time.
