TROOPERS: North Country area resident accused of intoxicated driving in Jefferson County

WATEROWN- A North Country area resident is accused of intoxicated driving in Jefferson County.

On Sunday night, the New York State Police (Watertown) arrested and charged David C. O’Brien, 28, of Castorland, NY with one count each of DWI (first-offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made Sunday night in the city of Watertown, NY.

At press time, police said that O’Brien was issued with an appearance ticket.
