Utica Man Facing Numerous Charges in the Town of Trenton
TOWN OF TRENTON-A 39 year old Utica Man was arrested on numerous charges Saturday in the Town of Trenton. New York State Police from the Marcy Barracks charged Osmell Hachavarria Cesin with one count each of Burglary in the 3rd Degree with Intent to commit a Crime, Assault in the 2nd Degree with Intent to Cause Physical Injury with a Weapon/Instrument, and 2 counts of Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree: All Class D felonies. Cesin was also charged one count each of Menacing in the 4th Degree with a Weapon, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree with Intent to Use and Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree: All Class A misdemeanors. Cesin was transported to Oneida County Central Arraignment. This incident is pending investigation.
