Vermont Man Arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Felony D.W.I. in the Town of Ohio
TOWN OF OHIO-A 50 year old Fair Haven, Vermont man is facing Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and felony D.W.I. charges following a Friday evening traffic stop in the Town of Ohio. New York State Police from the Herkimer Barracks charged Jeremy W. Shaw with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated with a Previous Conviction of Designated Offense within 10 years, a Class E felony; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Shaw was transported to Herkimer County Central Arraignment for processing. No further details were released.
