Village resident in Lowville accused of unlawfully disseminating an image, police say

LOWVILLE- A local resident is accused of unlawfully disseminating an image.

According to the Village Police Department, Sydnie Malik, 28, of Lowville, NY was arrested and formally charged on Monday with one misdemeanor count of unlawful disseminating or publishing an intimate image.

At press time, police said that Malik was issued with an appearance ticket, which is returnable to Lowville Town Court at a later date.

There were no further details provided.
