Watertown Man Accused of Grand Larceny in the Town of Lowville
TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 25 year old Watertown man is facing a grand larceny charge following an alleged shoplifting incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Lowville on December 12th. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks arrested Nicholas T. Bourquin on Friday evening and charged him with one count of Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree with property valued greater than $1,000.00: a Class E felony. Bourquin was released on his own recognizance and the incident remained “pending investigation” as of press time.
