Watertown Man Facing Numerous Charges in Two Separate Incidents

TOWNS OF DIANA AND CHAMPION-A 50 year old Watertown Man is facing numerous charges following two arrests, one in the Town of Diana and one in the Town of Pamelia. In the first incident, New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks arrested Henry D. Flemming Saturday night in the Town of Diana and charged him with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1^st Degree-Conditional License/Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, and Driving While Intoxicated with a Previous Conviction of Previous Offense within 10 years: Both Class E felonies and Reckless Driving, a Class U misdemeanor. Flemming was released to a third party and will answer these charges in the Town of Diana Court at a later date. In the other incident, which remains under investigation, Flemming was arrested in the Town of Pamelia and was charged with two felony counts and three misdemeanor counts. He was issued appearance to those charges returnable to the Town of Champion Court.
