Mr. Hayes, 65, a lifelong resident of the Mohawk Hill and Constablevilleareas, and the husband of Barbara Ward Hayes, passed away at his residence onDecember 25, 2024. For many years Richard was employed with the Town ofWest Turin Highway Department and after his retirement in 2017, he foundedRichard W. Hayes Construction Co. where he used his great talents as a carpenter.
