Boonville Police: Man Arrested As Fugitive From Justice

Boonville, June 3: The Boonville Police Department arrested a suspect after a traffic stop in the village, on June 3, as it was discovered that the male suspect was wanted on a bench warrant, from Erie County, Pennsylvania.

Patrols say that Andrew Vandyke, 22, of Oriskany, NY was charged as a Fugitive from Justice. He was arraigned in the Town of Boonville Court and remanded to the Oneida County Jail, with no bail. Vandyke will face extradition, back to Erie County.
