Lowville Man Charged with D.W.I.

TOWN OF WATSON-January 13, 2018.  A 31 year old Lowville man was charged with D.W.I. Thursday night after his vehicle reportedly became disabled on the Number Four Road in the Town of Watson.

New York State Police from the Lowville barracks charged Robert R. Stowell with Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Aggravated D.W.I per se-No Prior, both unclassified misdemeanors and Failure to keep Right on a two lane Road, a traffic infraction. Stowell was released to a third party and will answer the charges in the Town of Watson Court at a later date. The incident is pending investigation.
