Sports Review

MLB:
The Yankees took a loss against the Athletics in a walk-off win, the final score 8-7.
The Red Sox were blanked 1-0 by the Phillies.
The Mets took an 8-3 loss against the Nationals.
The Orioles lost to the White Sox 5-2.
The Cardinals lost to the Brewers 6-4.
The Dodgers were blistered by the Indians 12-5.

Adirondack Trailblazers Baseball:
No score was recorded last night for the Blazers, due to weather conditions. Tonight, the Blazers head to Little Falls and take on the Diamond Dawgs. Tomorrow night, the Blazers return home for a four game home stand and will have a firework spectacular! Stay tuned tomorrow morning for more details!

U.S. Congressional Baseball:
Despite many differences, our elected officials gathered together as one for their annual ball game. The Democrats were victorious, but gave the trophy to Republicans, so the trophy could be given to Steve Scalise, who is in critical condition after being shot Wednesday.
