State Police: Two Suspects Charged With Petit Larceny

Watertown, June 19: Two men were arrested by the New York State Police yesterday afternoon (June 19, at 3:28pm) after a reported shoplifting incident.

State Troopers from the Watertown Barracks report that James M. Vanaernam, 21, of Carthage and Jerry M. Brown, 32, of Evans Mills were both charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor. The arrests stem from an alleged incident in the Town of Watertown, reported to police on June 19, at 3:03pm.

Both suspects were issued with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Watertown Court at a later date. No further details were released.
