$21-million Capital Improvement Project for Copenhagen CSD approved by voters

COPENHAGEN- Voters gave a thumbs-up Wednesday night to a $21-million Capital Improvement Project for Copenhagen CSD.

School officials said there were 108 ‘yes’ votes to 34 ‘no’ votes.

With the project aimed to move forward, school administrators say some of the project money will be used to help put up some new roofing, upgraded heat pumps and re-pointing bricks along the school walls.

Other upgrades include a new gymnasium, which will feature a fold-out stage with state of the art equipment for productions, along with a regulation sized basketball court.
