Additional Arrests Made Regarding Recent Ambulance Request & Trespass Incident

In an update to a story we aired this morning, four more arrests were released recently by the New York State Police, including two adult women, a teenage woman and an adult male regarding an incident that was reported to police late in the afternoon on August 8th.

State Troopers from the Carthage Barracks report that a 20 year old Kierston Backus of Stittville, an 18 year old Stittville teenager, a 20 year old Taylor Uvanni of Rome and a 21 year old Michael D’Ambro of Barneveld were all charged with one count each of trespass, a violation. The charges stem from an alleged trespass incident. Once again, the website www.linkinglewiscounty.com had reported details that confirm several individuals were behind a locked gate on posted property at the King Falls Hydro Facility on the Roberts Road in the Town of Denmark. Patrols responded to a call of an 18 year old female that was having seizures. The arrests were made after the victim was taken to the Lewis County General Hospital.
