Utica Woman Arrested

A 33 year old Utica woman was arrested by the New York State Police last evening regarding a case of an animal complaint.

State Troopers from the Remsen Barracks charged Tracie Bowers with one count of abandonment of a disabled animal, an unclassified misdemeanor. The arrests stems from an alleged incident reported to police on August 2nd. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Boonville Court at a later date. No other details were released.
