Aggravated DWI, DWI charges filed against local resident from Southern Lewis County: NYSP

CONSTABLEVILLE- A local resident from Southern Lewis County is faced with DWI charges.

During the late evening hours on Saturday, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Clayton Philip Kraeger, 21, of Lyons Falls, NY with one count each of aggravated DWI (.18 of 1% BAC or greater) and DWI (first offense).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made sometime shortly after 10:00 p.m. Saturday in the village of Constableville, NY.

At press time, police said that an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, Kraeger was issued an appearance ticket.
