Aggravated unlicensed operation charge filed against North Country resident, Troopers say

DEFERIET- A North Country resident is accused of unlicensed operation in Jefferson County.

On Tuesday morning, the New York State Police (Carthage) arrested and charged Kyle L. Durant, 34, of Carthage, NY with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, the charge was filed Tuesday morning in the town of Deferiet.

At press time, Troopers said that Durant’s arrest status was listed as “other.”

There were no further details provided.
