DWI charges filed against Lewis County resident in Martinsburg: TROOPERS

MARTINSBURG- A local resident is faced with intoxicated driving charges in Lewis County.

On Tuesday night, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Dakota Everett Snyder, 22, of Copenhagen, NY with one count each of DWI (first-offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater).

According to Troopers, the arrest was made on Tuesday night in the town of Martinsburg.

At press time, police said that Snyder was issued with an appearance ticket.
