JEFFERSON COUNTY- UPDATE: As of Friday evening, September 29, authorities confirm that Desirae Bounds was located safe and has returned home to her family at 16 Liberty Street in the Village of West Carthage by members of the West Carthage Police Department.

Authorities would like to thank everyone who reached out with assistance.
