
WHITESTOWN- A resident from Northern Oneida County is accused of numerous intoxicated driving accusations in the wake of a traffic stop this week in the Mohawk Valley, authorities say.
Kaiden S. Barnwell, 20, of Ava, NY was arrested last Wednesday by the New York State Police (Marcy). Barnwell is officially charged with one count each of DWI (first offense); operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC); aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree and renting and/or lending a vehicle (w/out an interlock device).
Troopers say these charges were filed in the town of Whitestown, Oneida County.
At press time, police said an investigation was still pending. Barnwell was issued with appearance tickets.
