Barneveld Resident Facing D.W.I. Charge

TOWN OF STEUBEN-A 64 year old Barneveld resident is accused of D.W.I. following a vehicle stop in the Town of Steuben early Sunday morning. New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Merritt H. Howard with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor. Howard was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Steuben Court at a later date.
