Boonville Ambulance, Fire Department and Police all respond to Post Street area accident Wednesday afternoon

ORIGINAL STORY: An accident early Wednesday afternoon prompted the response of local emergency responders.

It happened sometime shortly after 12:30 noon on Post Street, between Erwin and West Streets.

Though we are still waiting on official details from emergency responders, eye witnesses in the area did claim that a child and an adult ended up backing some sort of machine over and into the creek on the upstream side of Post Street.

We did witness someone being transported in Boonville Ambulance.

The Fire Department and Village Police also responded.

We will share anything new that develops from emergency authorities.
