BOONVILLE FIRE CHIEF: Residents temporarily displaced from Main Street apartment following Monday bedroom fire

BOONVILLE- A Monday afternoon bedroom fire has temporarily displaced a few residents from a Main Street apartment.

It happened shortly after 5:00 p.m. on the lower end of Main Street (near Napa Auto Parts). According to Boonville Fire Chief Dave Pritchard Jr., the fire sparked in an upstairs apartment bedroom.

There was heavy smoke and water damage when all was said and done, but no injuries were reported.

Constableville Fire Department provided mutual aid. Boonville Ambulance and Boonville Police were on the scene as well.
