Boonville Lions Club organizing monthly care package of donated items to Adopted Soldier

BOONVILLE- The Boonville Lions Club is encouraging the community to drop off all sorts of donated items for a monthly care package that will go to a soldier.

The club said they have an adopted Soldier, SPC Frost and they will be collecting items for a monthly care package to send over to him and his unit. “We would love it if the community would join us in donating items,” the Lions Club said.

“This is an ongoing project!” 

There will be several Drop-Off Locations if you would like to donate.  We will continue to add to this list.  

Drop-Off Locations include:

  • Virtually Yours
  • Boonville Chamber of Commerce

  • Zip Ties
  • Duct Tape
  • Electrical Tape
  • AA & AAA Batteries
  • Gym Supplements
  • Foot powder
  • Sunscreen
  • Lip Balm/gloss
  • Dryer Sheets
  • Q-Tips
  • Ankle socks, boot socks
  • Fingernail clippers
  • Feminine hygiene products
  • Baby Wipes
  • Lotion
  • Snack bars (granola bars, protein bars, breakfast bars, etc.)
  • Ramen Noodles
  • Seasoning salt
  • Powdered drink mix
  • Flavoring packets for water
  • Gum
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Nuts
  • Trail mix
  • Beef Jerky
  • Cheese crackers
  • Gummies
