Boonville Man Accused of D.W.I. in the Town of Ava

TOWN OF AVA-A 63 year old Boonville man was arrested for D.W.I. following a Friday evening vehicle stop in the Town of Ava. New York State Police from the Lee Barracks charged Franklin E. Shuck with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08 of 1% or greater-First Offense and Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense. Shuck was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Ava at a later date. The incident is pending investigation.
