Boonville Man Arrested following Alleged Domestic in the Town of Watson
TOWN OF WATSON-A 24 year old Boonville Man is facing criminal mischief and harassment charges following an alleged domestic dispute Friday in the Town of Watson. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Justin A. Nellenback with one count each of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree-Property greater than $250.00, a Class E felony and Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Class A misdemeanor. The incident was pending investigation as of press time and Nellenback’s arrest status was not reported.
