BE ON THE LOOK OUT for Michelle A Baker DOB 4-14-73 left on foot from a residence on State Route 12 in Port Leyden. Unknown direction of travel. She does have connections in the Marcy/Utica area. Last seen wearing Black T shirt w/ a rainbow on it, jeans, sandals. She has blonde hair, blue eyes and has a tattoo of a cat on her right arm. She is approx 5'5 and 120 lbs.
