Boonville Man Facing Felony Criminal Contempt Charge
VILLAGE OF BOONVILLE-A 21 year old Boonville man was jailed following an alleged domestic dispute in the Village of Boonville. New York State Police from the Remsen barracks charged Noah R. Donovan with one count of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, property greater than $250.00: a Class E felony. Donovan’s arrest status was listed as “held” as of press time. The incident remains under investigation.
