Port Leyden Man Accused of D.W.I. in Town of New Hartford

TOWN OF NEW HARTFORD-A 41 year old Port Leyden man was arrested for D.W.I. following a vehicle stop in the Town of New Hartford Friday night. New York State Police from the Marcy Barracks charged Allan R. Rathbun with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Count of greater than .08%- First Offense and Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Rathbun was released on his own recognizance and will answer the charge in the Town of New Hartford Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of press time.
