BOONVILLE- The Village Police Department in Boonville is seeking the rightful owner of some scrapbooks that were discovered earlier this summer.

Officials claim these scrapbooks were found alongside State Route 12 (near Woodgate Drive) and were turned over to the police department on August 3.

According to officials, there are various holiday cards that appear to be from the 1950’s and 1960’s, making references to Audrey, Andy, Mary Lou and Bruce Hutton.

The police department says it appears that these scrapbooks have been preserved and are most likely valued family treasures.
