LOWVILLE- The annual Cream Cheese Festival is coming up Saturday, September 19, 2026 and local officials are sending out another reminder for streets that will be closed down for the event. 

Streets to be closed for Cream Cheese Festival:

Parkway Drive and North State Street, from the main intersection at Dayan Street and Shady Avenue to Bostwick Street, will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to approximately 7:30 p.m. to accommodate the annual Cream Cheese Festival, held from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
