Boonville Resident Arrested on Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance and Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation Charges in Town of Lewis

TOWN OF LEWIS-A 42 year old Boonville man is accused of Criminal Possession and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation following a Friday afternoon vehicle stop in the Town of Lewis. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Eric J. Crouth with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1^st Degree: 10 or more suspensions-10 or more dates: a Class E felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7^th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Crouth was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Lewis Court at a later date.
