Port Leyden Man Accused of D.W.I. in the Town of New Bremen

TOWN OF NEW BREMEN- A 41 year old Port Leyden man is facing D.W.I. charges following a Friday night vehicle stop in the Town of New Bremen. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged William J. Mooney with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1 percent alcohol or more in Blood-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Mooney was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of New Bremen Court at a later date.
