Boonville resident charged for allegedly violating New York’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Law

BOONVILLE- A local resident is accused of violating New York’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Law in Northern Oneida County.

Hardeep Kaur, 36, of Boonville, NY was arrested Thursday evening by the New York State Police (Oneida). Kaur is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of unlawfully dealing with a child in the first-degree (alcohol).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from an incident in the village of Boonville, NY.

At press time, police said that Kaur was issued with an appearance ticket.
