Boonville resident charged with felony unlicensed operation in town of Leyden

LEYDEN- A local resident from Northern Oneida County is faced with a felony unlicensed operation charge, authorities say.

Joshua Nellenbach, 32, of Boonville, NY was arrested early Tuesday by the New York State Police (Lowville). Nellenbach is formally charged with one felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first-degree (w/ten or more suspensions on as many or more dates).

According to Troopers, the charge was filed shortly after 1:00 a.m. in the town of Leyden, Lewis County.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending. Nellenbach was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
