Boonville resident charged with petit larceny in town of Lee

LEE- A local resident is accused of a larceny charge in Oneida County, authorities say.

Lars D. Nelbach, 28, of Boonville, NY was arrested Thursday afternoon by the New York State Police (Lee). Nelbach is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of petit larceny.

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a larceny complaint, which was filed Wednesday morning in the town of Lee.

At press time, police said that an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, Nelbach was issued with an appearance ticket and there were no further details provided.
