Boonville Woman Accused of D.W.I. in the Town of Turin

TOWN OF TURIN-A 34 year old Boonville woman was arrested for D.W.I. following an early Saturday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Turin. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Cynthia Patricia Porter with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated First Offense, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% Alcohol or More in Blood-First Offense: Both Class U misdemeanors. Porter was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Turin Court at a later date.
