BPD: Southern Lewis County resident charged with DWI following suspicious vehicle complaint

BOONVILLE- The village police department says a resident from the Southern Lewis County area is accused of intoxicated driving.

Officers received a suspicious vehicle complaint in the Schuyler Street area during the evening hours on Saturday. Patrols subsequently located a vehicle, which was occupied by both a male and a female subject.

Investigation resulted in the arrest of Aquan L. Moultrie, 24, of Lyons Falls, NY for DWI.

Following processing, police said that Moultrie was released and is due to appear in Boonville Town Court at a later date.
