Castorland Resident Arrested for D.W.I. Following Property Damage Accident in Town of Turin

TOWN OF TURIN-A 19 year old Castorland man was arrested for D.W.I. following an early Sunday morning one car motor vehicle property damage accident on Route 12 in the Town of Turin. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Trevor David Lyndaker with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a .08 of 1% Alcohol or more in Blood-First Offense: Both Class U misdemeanors. Lyndaker was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Turin Court at a later date.
