Camden Man Accused of multiple charges in Osceola
TOWN OF OSCEOLA-A 59 year old Camden man is facing multiple charges following an alleged menacing incident that occurred Friday evening in the Town of Osceola. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Joseph M. Rether with one count each of Assault with Intent to Cause Physical Injury with a Weapon and Reckless Endangerment in the 4th Degree; both Class D Felonies: Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree-Loaded Firearm; a Class C felony: and Menacing in the 2nd Degree-Weapon; a Class A misdemeanor. Rether’s arrest status was not reported and the incident was pending investigation as of press time.
