Turin Man accused of D.W.I. in the Town of Lowville

Town of Lowville-A 46 year old Turin man is facing a D.W.I. charge following a Friday afternoon vehicle stop in the Town of Lowville. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Matthew L. Lyndaker with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor. Lyndaker was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Lowville Court at a later date.
