Carthage Man Accused of Criminal Mischief

VILLAGE OF WEST CARTHAGE-A 30 year old Carthage man is facing a criminal mischief charge following a report of a disturbance Friday night in the Village of West Carthage. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Zachary W. Anderson with one count of Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property, a Class A misdemeanor.  Anderson’s arrest status was not listed and the investigation was ongoing as of Saturday morning press time.
