Cold Brook Man facing charges following alleged Domestic Incident

TOWN OF RUSSIA-A 25 year old Cold Brook man was arrested Saturday evening following a report of a domestic incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Russia Saturday afternoon. New York State Police from the Herkimer Barracks charged Michael Shannon with one count each of Criminal Mischief with Intent to damage Property and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4^th Degree: both Class A misdemeanors. Shannon’s arrest status was listed as “Central Arraignment” as of the Sunday morning press time.
