Carthage Man Accused of D.W.I.

TOWN OF CHAMPION-A 34 year old Carthage man is accused of D.W.I. following a Friday night vehicle stop in the Town of Champion. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Jordan M. Johnston with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor. Johnston was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Champion Court.
