Carthage Man charged with D.W.I.

VILLAGE OF CARTHAGE-A 26 year old Carthage man is facing a D.W.I. charge following a vehicle stop in the Village of Carthage. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Matthew D. Tyner with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor. Tyner was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in West Carthage Village Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of press time and no other details were released.
