Carthage Man Accused of D.W.I. in the Town of Croghan

TOWN OF CROGHAN-A 31 year old Carthage man was arrested for D.W.I.  early Sunday, morning following a vehicle stop in the Town of Croghan. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Trevor B. Tanner with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% Alcohol or more in Blood-First Offense: Both Class U misdemeanors. Tanner was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Croghan Court at a later date. The Incident status was listed as “investigation pending” as of Sunday morning.
