Carthage Man Accused of Disobeying a Court Order in the Town of Champion
TOWN OF CHAMPION-A 40 year old Carthage man was arrested Friday following an alleged domestic dispute that reportedly occurred in the Town of Champion on Tuesday. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Matthew R. McMacken with one count of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, disobeying Court Order: a Class A misdemeanor. McMacken was sent to Jefferson County Central Arraignment and the investigation remains pending.
