Carthage Man is Accused of Larceny and Motor Vehicle Violations in Jefferson County
TOWN OF CHAMPION-A 31 year old Carthage man was arrested early Sunday morning following a report of a larceny that reportedly occurred on Saturday in the Town of Champion. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Cody Joshua Keech with one count each of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, a Motor Violation-Suspended Registration and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree: Class U misdemeanors. Keech was issued appearance tickets answerable to the Town of Champion Court at a later date.
