Carthage Man Accused of Felony D.W.I. and Driving with a Revoked License in Jefferson County
TOWN OF WATERTOWN-A 39 year old Carthage man is facing felony charges following an early Sunday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Watertown. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Robert J. Brothertown with one count of Driving While Intoxicated with two previous Convictions of Designated Offenses within Ten Years, a Class D felony and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree-Permanent Revocation, a Class E felony. Brothertown was transported to Jefferson County Central Arraignment for processing. No further details were provided.
